I recently had breakfast at this location, and really enjoyed the food. It was good value for dollar. My waitress was Bina, and she is very attentive, giving great service with a pretty smile.

This is one of my regular stops for breakfast. The restaurant is usually quiet so there are no wait times. The service is always quick and friendly and I can get a breakfast any time of the day. The location is well maintained and clean. The menu has everything from bacon and eggs, to prime rib, to hamburgers and fries. You can often also find seasonal specials which adds a nice variety to your options.

Had breakfast there the other morning and the service from our waitress Sheryl was amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Lovely service and great food.

Honestly, this is an all day breakfast so you have to take that into consideration. It’s no cactus club scene type feel, nor is it meant to be but it’s a great place to come for lunch with family or friends. It’s awesome food and nice service. There wraps and soups are awesome. Very good food and staffs are really friendly I ordered chicken and avocado omlet food was so good and it was quick My server was bina she is so good and very attentative carries smile all the time Manager dipesh was very presentative and helping his staffs Definitley i will recommend to my friends

Good food service could be better

Service was slow, it was busy at the time around 11am. Food was normal, a little high for 4 meals, 2 was kids meals, $65 for 1 omelet, 1 breakfast nothing extra and 2 kids meals.

This is one of the breakfast joints I frequent in the west end. The service, in my experience, has always been friendly and fast. Bina, and other waiting staff, are eager to please, and regularly ensure I have what I need. The food is of good quality and fair price. Recommended!

Went for breakfast this morning, hopefully after our last experience it would be better but service was decent... food was absolutely disgusting. very upset that we spent 50$ on food that we didn't even finish as it was so gross. The waffle tasted like a burnt toaster waffle and hash browns that were colder than my freezer. Wont be coming back again.

It was good breakfast

The food here is always decent! Never super busy, and the staff is pretty nice. I think their battered fish sandwich (pictured below) is one of the better meals, but all their food is consistent and fairly priced. Doesn't hurt that they're located across the street from my office and have an $11 express lunch special!

The menu was extensive, staff warm and friendly....beautiful brunch...3 of us were content and enjoyed ourselves!! Ordered poached eggs with pancakes.. mom had strawberry waffles, Dad ordered 2 eggs/bacon and toast...Atmosphere was tranquil

Lunch was a disaster. There were three other people in the whole place other than us. We had to wit for 45 minutes and one of our girlfriends had to leave. The order of the chicken salad came without chicken in it. The waiter Krishna simply laughed when we told him that. He said there was no chicken served in such salad until he was shown the menu. And he brought us 4 strips of chicken claiming it was a full breast. He didn't say sorry and kept smiling until we asked for the manager. There was manager and the phone number was given to us after 10 minutes of asking. The picture of the 'full' grilled chicken breast is provided. Never again)))

Delicious food, I went there for lunch couple of times, food server Bina is best all the time , she makes our food enjoyable everytime. Manager( Dipesh ) was very attentive on my table . I really recommend this place

It was a quiet day, mostly empty. We got seated but eventually I went and got my own menu's. We ordered and nearly 15 minutes later the server came back to advise they were out of french fries. Subbed in hashbrowns for the poutine which was fine, until they came out raw. Ordered off the kids menu. Only got the main item, no drink or dessert. Oh, and the bathroom with the change table had a toilet literally overflowing with feces and toilet paper. Not impressed. Good note: the french onion soup was yummy.

Great food and service.

Waited almost an hour for the food. While the food was good, I ordered a 7 ounce steak, and what I got was more like a 2 ounce. Disappointing.

Food was great. Server, Rahul did an amazing job helping us decide what to order. My mum and I had a great time will definitely recommend this place.

Excellent service from Sheryl. The staff are so friendly there. I had a healthy breakfast in a great environment. You can’t go wrong eating here! The staff really care.

Great poutine and amazing garlic bread.

As per usual Ricky's is a great place to go with decent food for any meal. Usually we are in for breakfast and today was no different. Excellent service and food makes this an easy decision for a goto restaurant.

Truly magnificent, the mimosas have been crafted with love and the service is a cut above.

I had steak today that was very good that was suggested to me by one of the servers. I believe her name was Sheryl. She was very friendly. I found it very clean inside and service was qiuck. This was my first time here I will be back for sure.

This was the worst lunch decision I have every made... we ordered off the lunch menu, expecting it to be a fast turnaround during lunch hours. We ordered within 10 minutes of being seated and waiting 40 minutes for our lunch. I was seriously debating walking out... not a good choice if you are on a lunch time crunch. The manager only shrugged their shoulders and said they were busy over lunch. So is every other restaurant in the city and I have never had to wait that long... Definitely the worst Ricky's in the city by far.

Had a family lunch here today. Food was good and hot. Meal sizes are large and the servers were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves today. I would reccomend.

Wonderful restaurant inside the hotel. Excellent drink specials and great food. Open all day. Service is great. And has big screen tvs on the bar side.

I've been in to eat twice at this location. The service was always friendly and fast. Clean and well kept (the highchairs could use an update). All the food looked good, I had a clubhouse each time and it was good.

Not impressed with the service and the food. I hadn't been to this restaurant in a good 3 years because service was awful back then, but I thought lets try again when I seen them advertising an express lunch menu. I'm not sure if the staff knows what express means, but when I think of express I think of being fast. Our party of 3 all ordered from the express menu and it took over 40 minutes to get our food and the quality of the food was poor. Fries tasted like fish and rest of food was mediocre for the price we paid.Not impressed with this location, and will not be returning.

Courtesy Lexus of Edmonton, I was here for a little breakfast on a nice morning. But I enjoyed a whole lot of dishes and liked all of them. Nice ambiance, quick service 🤸🏼‍♀️and affordability turned me in to a Ricky’s fan. ❤️ you guys!! Will again be there on my next service!! Or when you invite me👍

I met friends there for lunch - we had items from the speedy lunch menu. Took 45 minutes to get food after waiting 20 minutes to start with, one of my friends got up and went looking for the server!. When food arrived it was good though.

I just want to Thank Ricky’s for the Amazing service and Great food. Rahul was my Waiter and was extremely friendly and helpful. This is my first Time to Edmonton and he made me feel just like I am at home. He was very Knowledgeable about the menu with what specials were going on as well as his favourites. Thanks for the awesome and friendly service Rahul!

We meet every Friday at Ricky'sRowena is the best server in the City!She really knows her customers, is very polite and very kind.Always look forward to breakfast at Ricky's on the west end.

This Ricky’s is kinda out of the way, but has been a great place for neighbourhood business folks to meet for breakfast or lunch meetings. Nice booths and always friendly attentive service. Good menu, good coffee, quiet environment - I like arranging meetings here even though I no longer work in that area. Good place to meet. Oh yes, it is attached to a Holiday Inn which makes it great for visitors to Edmonton staying there.

Great food, and service. Quite place. It was perfect to celebrate father's day with my hubby and oldest son.

Worst restaurant ever. Waiting time - 30 minutes for four simple dishes consisting of mostly pre-made food. Service - incompetent. two of the dishes were covered with some way too sweet sauce and had nothing to do with the original recipe. Don't go there. It's a waste of time and money!

The hotel it's in isn't my favorite place to stay (due to location, certainly nothing at all wrong with it) I must say the ladies in Ricky's attached to the hotel are wonderful!! Clean, great atmosphere, good food, tasty coffee, and so welcoming!!
